This extraordinary 8 metre salt-water pool represents an outstanding design achievement, creating an ingenious pool
that takes advantage of sweeping ocean views, while occupying a restricted space on a sloping site.

The pool is fully tiled in imported Italian glass mosaic tiles and is surrounded by raised sandstone walls and sandstone
coping. The pool features a large ledge at the deep end of the pool, which gives way to a private sun bathing area.

Concealed beneath the ledge and sun bathing area, a bathroom for the pool has been installed, which features an
underwater porthole - so that occupants can view the pool from this unique vantage point.

The pool serves as a link between the main house and a separate guest accommodation, which has been built on the
edge of the escarpment. The guesthouse is a two-story -two-room apartment, joined to the house by a walkway above
the pool.
