The challenge of this pool was in its construction, as it
was built into an old slipway.

The pool equipment includes sand filtration.

This stunning 12 metre by 2.4 metre salt water lap pool
has been designed to take advantage of its spectacular
foreshore location, affording 180 degree views of Sydney

Harbour.

The pool is finished with Sunrise Pool's propriety finish -
Sunrise Mica and with dark blue waterline tiles. The pool
coping is of reconstituted stone and glass fencing has
been used to retain clear visibility into the garden.

The challenge of this pool was in its construction, as it
was built into an old slipway and over the final 1.6 metres

of its length the building site was subject to the encroachment of water at high tide. Because of its proximity to tidal water,
the pool was designed with a floor 800mm thick, the extra weight of concrete being necessary to overcome hydrostatic
uplift.
